Smile is one of the most important channels to achievement of harmony and perfection, life with a smile. Every living creature is an initially smiling creature. Smile meditation allows a person to be aware of his smilic nature and see smile in every object of this world, in every moment of time, in any situation. Such vision promotes a clear, integral worldview, solution of problems, release from suffering. Smile education is a very important mechanism that allows to influence the development of man, society and the world in general. If society accepts the philosophy of smile, it will be developing harmoniously in accordance with the Existence Spirit. Is that not the great destiny of man?

Combining smile with meditation or meditating on smile is Smile Meditation. Smile Meditation is an orderly and scientific form of meditation that helps an individual to be able to merge “Smile” as an important and integral part of meditation process by which one becomes conscious of the real purpose of own existence, achieve self-perfection and lead a life with smiles, free from all sorts of body, mind, spirit and life sufferings. Practicing smile meditation can help an individual reach ultimate understanding and realization of real life purpose.

Meditation is a perfect conscious and harmonious state of unlimited mind, the ability to see harmony in everything.

Meditation existed in India millenniums ago, practiced widely by people in daily life as a means to lead a happy, satisfying, fulfilling and harmonious life and to achieve the self perfection, the ultimate goal of the life itself. Lord Buddha believed meditation to be one of the eight ways of freeing from suffering. In the second century B.C. the great sage Patanjali worked out the eight-step method of achievement of a perfect condition of mind – Raj Yoga, the sixth step of which is concentration, and the seventh is meditation. Therefore, through meditation one can not only get rid of sufferings, but also can achieve perfection.

It is being increasingly realized and recognized even by modern psychologists that meditation should form part and parcel of daily routine of everyone, in order to provide a counter balance to the intensely active life that everyone is involved in the present-day world. Meditation calms the mind, brings self-composure and enables one to achieve self perfection.

Smile too is a fundamental life phenomenon. The very fact that a new born baby starts beaming pure and serene smile spontaneously on its own proves without any explan- ation the importance of smile as an essential life-ingredient.

Smile appears spontaneously when something is beautiful, wonderful, perfect and harmonious. It is one of the most important channels to achievement of harmony and perfection, life with a smile.
